Hotel Review in Singapore: Naumi Boutique Hotel

Gotta give this hotel a 5* review! ย A boutique hotel conveniently situated near to Bugis, Raffles and City Hall (literally a short 5-10 minutes). The urban lifestyle hotel offers an affordable luxury living and certainly attracts the Millennial crowds.

The standard room size is grand and very spacious. The designer surely knows how to best utilise the area. Bed was comfortable and big enough for two people. The colour scheme adhered a minimalist approach ofย black/white/grey tone – very chic and modern.

In terms of service, well, you can never complain about hospitality in Singapore. Staff were friendly and we could tell, they were very well-trained. Initially, we had some problems with our booking via OTA but was quickly solved by the Reservations team. Front-line staff also allowed check-out at 13.30. The flexibility and genuinity of Naumi staff really encourage us to book with them again next time.

What is special about Naumi is their infinity pool and a small bar – which was a great place to gather your small group of friends to chill and relax. You can not compare to the view toย Marina Bay Sands’, but it still offers a panoramic scene of central Singapore. It is in fact nicer since there is no crowd – kind of like a hidden gem.

My rating for this Naumi Boutique Hotel:

Location: 5/5
Cleanliness: 5/5 (Room was always clean when we returned after our long tiring day. One thing that we love is that the housekeepers did not touch and move our belongings, they were just well arranged on where we have left them before!)
Design: 4/5 (compared to other boutique hotels)
Facilities: 3/5 (they did not have a range of F&B outlets – just an all-day dining and a regular Indian restaurant but to be honest, tourists prefer to dine out)
Services: 5/5

Much love from Singapore,
Yung & Pat
